President

Felicia has been a member of NIA since 2019.

 

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Felicia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Specializing in relocation to SWFL, senior living transitions, has a strong background in assisting seniors & families navigate the complexities of senior living, downsizing, staging and moving to their forever home.

Whether you're looking to relocate to SWFL, downsize, find a retirement community, or relocate to a new area, I am committed to providing personalized service and guidance every step of the way. I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate this important life transition with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.

Felicia grew up in Connecticut and moved to Naples in 2016 after vacationing here for many years. She enjoys spending time with her fellow sports car enthusiast husband and daughter, horseback riding, boating, and traveling.

Amanda has been a member of NIA since 2015. 

​

She has been serving the aging population for over a decade and currently holds the position as publisher and team leader for the entire SWFL region for the Seniors Blue Book.  Seniors Blue Book is a highly regarded resource guide that many call "their bible of resources".  It has helped families in SWFL navigate through the confusing maze of healthcare/senior care for nearly 40 years by compiling an accurate comprehensive list of resources, grids, valuable articles and so much more. 

 

Aside from her publishing and education efforts to seniors and industry professionals, Amanda sits on several philanthropic, non-profit boards that focus on senior care and safety as well as healthcare education and philanthropy.

Deana has been a member of NIA since 2012 and currently serves as a secretary board member and serves as the co-chair of the programs committee.

Deana is a dedicated professional with a profound commitment to serving the elderly population in Collier County since 2012. With over a decade of experience in the field of geriatric care, she has emerged as a valuable resource and advocate for seniors in need of compassionate support and assistance.

​

As a Client Care Manager at Assisting Hands, Deana plays a pivotal role in ensuring that seniors receive the highest quality of care and support to enhance their quality of life and independence. Assisting Hands is recognized as the leading home care agency in Collier County, having been honored with prestigious awards such as Best Provider, Leader, and Employer for the past eight consecutive years. Deana takes great pride in being part of an organization that is dedicated to excellence and has a passion for serving the elderly in the local community.

Throughout her career, Deana has demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing seniors and their families. She approaches her work with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Whether coordinating care plans, advocating for clients' rights, or providing emotional support to families, Deana's unwavering dedication and commitment to service shine through in all that she does.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Deana is actively involved in community outreach and volunteer initiatives aimed at raising awareness about issues affecting seniors and promoting healthy aging. She is deeply invested in building strong relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to foster collaboration and support for seniors in need.

Tricia De Cambra
Treasurer

Tricia has been a member of Naples Interagency since 2024. She currently serves as a board member and on the scholarship committee. 


With over 20 years of healthcare experience and the last 10 being in clinical research, it is very rewarding to be part of the clinical research community that brings new modalities of treatment
to the market.


As the owner of the company, Integrative Healthcare Trials, LLC Tricia will facilitate enrollment to help create more robust outcomes in clinical trials. Tricia believes in giving back to the community that she lives in. Having been involved in a
myriad of philanthropic activities that include rehabilitating a senior’s home to being the chair for walks that helped to raise funds and awareness for potentially catastrophic illnesses.

 

A Connecticut transplant, having moved down here in 2009 she watched this town grow into what it is today. Tricia also enjoys golf and yoga, in addition to being an “aunt” to two active dogs.

Tom Roberts
Board Member & Scholarship Chair

Tom has been a member of NIA since 2016 and currently serves as a board member and serves as the chair of the scholarship committee.

 

Tom is a dedicated Naples resident, having called the city home for the past eight years. With a passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving the lives of others, Tom has amassed a wealth of expertise in various facets of the medical field.

​

Tom's professional journey has led him to specialize in medical devices, home health care, private duty home care, skilled nursing, and practice management. Through his extensive experience and dedication to excellence, Tom has gained a deep understanding of the intricacies of the healthcare industry and the unique needs of patients and their families.

​

As a skilled practitioner, Tom has demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to those in need. Whether working with medical devices to enhance patient outcomes, coordinating private duty home care services to support individuals in their own homes, or managing skilled nursing facilities to ensure the highest standards of care, Tom's dedication to his work is unwavering.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Tom is actively involved in the Naples community, volunteering his time and expertise to support local organizations and initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access and outcomes for all residents. He is committed to the growth of scholarships for healthcare students.

Gabi Saint-Amour
Board Member & Marketing Chair

​​​​Gabi has been a member of Naples Interagency since 2021. She currently serves as a board member and is part of the marketing committee.

Gabi is an Account Executive at Old Mission Wound Care, where she partners with providers and care teams to improve access to high-quality, mobile wound care. She focuses on building strong referral relationships and supporting better outcomes across post-acute and community settings.

With 20 years of experience in marketing, brand management and business strategy, Gabi has worked with major corporations like Disney, Sony, and Paramount, as well as small businesses and start-ups. A Naples native, she grew up in a medical household - her father, Dr. Light, ran a private practice in the Naples area since the late 1970s until his retirement in 2024.

Outside of work, Gabi enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim, a talented percussionist and singer, attending his gigs or following her favorite bands the Rolling Stones and U2 all over the world. She’s an avid traveler who loves visiting countries like Italy, France, and Japan, and enjoys cruising with her family and friends.

Patti Raco-Treamer

Patti has been a member of Naples Interagency since 2019. She currently serves as a board member and is the fundraising committee co-chair. 

​

As a Senior Home Care Liaison for TheKey Home Care Agency, she brings 14 years of experience in the Home Care industry. Her role is not only to ensure that seniors receive the in-home assistance they need but also to serve as a resource for families, connecting them with services and support that go beyond the scope of traditional care. She is deeply passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence and quality of life while offering peace of mind to their loved ones.

​

Originally from New Jersey, she also lived in Maryland and New York City before finding her forever home in Naples, where she's been for the past 16 years. Naples has become a special place for me, offering a warm community, beautiful surroundings, and endless opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

​

Patti is happily married, and together we share our home with a wonderful crew of furbabies who bring endless joy to their lives. Outside of work, my greatest passion is traveling. My husband and I love exploring as much as possible, and Europe holds a special place in her heart. 

​

In everything she does, whether it’s helping seniors, spending time with my family and pets, or exploring the world, she strive to live with purpose, connection, and joy.

Craig Williams
Board Member & Fundraising Committee

Passion and purpose radiate from everything Craig does and every word he speaks. He and his wife of 29 years, Chiyuki, co-own Interim HealthCare of Southwest Florida—an organization widely regarded as a premier provider of first-class skilled home care along Florida’s west coast.

 

A devout Christian, Craig is deeply rooted in his faith, regularly attending Sunday worship and weekly prayer gatherings. He also reflects a commitment to personal discipline through his

dedication to self-defense and firearms training.

 

Craig serves on the boards of both the Naples Aging in Place Council and Naples Interagency, where his involvement is driven by a profound love for his community and a personal dedication

shaped by the memory of his late maternal grandmother. She bravely battled breast cancer and, though she faced extraordinary challenges, never lost her spirit. Craig honors her legacy—and every woman fighting cancer today—with the hope and conviction that this disease can, and will, be

overcome.

Shannon Monteiro
Board Member & Marketing Committee

Shannon has been a member of Naples Interagency since 2023. She currently serves as a board member.

 

Shannon is a Marketing Liaison at Avow where she facilitates relationships with physicians, home health professionals, country clubs, lawyers and financial advisors. Shannon educates the local community on the benefits of palliative care for those suffering with chronic conditions or terminal illness. She is also a certified dementia practitioner.

 

With years of experience in the healthcare industry, Shannon has worked with Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, Ross Pediatrics and Reliant Pharmaceuticals promoting everything from cardiovascular medications to nutritional supplements and vaccines for infants. She has also passionately championed capital campaigns for her son's schools in an effort to raise funds for educational scholarships. 

 

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and children.  She is also an avid tennis player and enjoys playing on both USTA and CCWTA teams.
