Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller
Crystal K. Kinzel began her career at the Collier County Clerk’s Office in 2005, after serving for 16 years as Finance Director in the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. She served as the Clerk’s Director of Internal Audit, Finance and Accounting until 2016, at which time she was appointed Chief Deputy Clerk over all operations.
In 2018, Governor Rick Scott appointed Crystal as interim Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller following the death of Clerk Dwight Brock. Two months later the citizens of Collier County elected Crystal to the position. She was soundly re-elected in August 2020.
Crystal holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from George Washington University. She is a Certified Government Financial Manager and a Certified Florida Clerk of Court. Crystal served on the Statewide Guardianship Improvement Task Force and was recently appointed to the Executive Council of the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation by Senate President Kathleen Passidomo.  She currently  chairs the Bylaws Committee for the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers Association and serves on several statewide committees including Budget and Finance and Best Practices.

Each member is expected to make an on-line reservation for attendance prior to each month’s meeting. Reservations will close at 11:59pm on the Thursday before any given meeting.
Reservation requests made after this deadline must be made to the Membership Committee Chairperson via email, which may be done through the Naples Interagency website (www.naplesinteragency.com). Requests will be honored providing seating is available.
Any member who arrives without a reservation, space permitted, shall be charged a fee of $15 (crasher fee)
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If a registered member discovers they are unable to attend the meeting, that member is required to email the Membership Committee Chairperson explaining the reason for cancellation. That member maybe subject to a $15 late notification fee pending Board review. Registered members that fail to attend the monthly membership meeting will be charged the $15 no show fee.

2023 Member Admission
Annual NIC Membership is from calendar year of January 1st through December 31st. Annual dues are $75 and payable by January 15th. Individuals joining after June 30th will be charged a reduced membership fee along with the follow year’s membership dues of $115. Individuals joining after October 31st will be charged a reduced membership fee of $100.

Individuals may attend (1) one meeting prior to joining the organization. No member privileges are offered to Visiting Guests. Individuals that have never been a member of NIC may attend one meeting free of charge as a guest. Previous guests or members are not eligible.
